Hebrew I present a demonstration of exercises that helped me overcome limitations and degeneration from knee pain.
As an adult, I would start practicing from age 60 and up before it becomes life-threatening.
After 12 years of seeking solutions from dozens of physiotherapists.
I found a solution, without medication, that gave me life instead of knee limitations and took me back decades.
I am not a medical advisor or expert (I take no responsibility and am not allowed to give advice).
I offer, in exchange for a one-time payment of $140, a demonstration of exercises that may spare the purchaser suffering, but the user is obligated to consult his own specialists, a family doctor, orthopedist, and physiotherapist, and is required to sign the Terms and Conditions before making payment to me.

The cost of long-term care insurance reaches approximately $1,200 per year.
Hiring a caregiver for adults – costs around $50,000 per year, an expense arising from the patient’s limitations and causing significant suffering.
If the buyers succeed as I did (without my commitment and without my advice), they may save enormous sums and suffering, also for those around them.
Had I known about these exercises 20 years ago, I certainly would have incorporated them into my physical activity routine. Unfortunately, the running I did over many years (stopped a decade ago) was not sufficient to prevent the problems that developed.
Without giving advice and without assuming responsibility, I can say that had I gone back to a younger age, at any stage of my life, and especially during the periods when I sat for many hours at work, I would have incorporated the suggested exercises as an integral part of my daily routine.
In my youth, when I was 25 and living in a high-rise building, I would have preferred to perform these exercises inside the building for about an hour, in clean air, rather than run through the city streets and inhale pollution from car exhaust fumes.
As for gyms – as an adult I have not experienced them, so I cannot compare these exercises to a workout at the gym.
These exercises took me out of a state of limitation, and I offer the public a demonstration of what has worked successfully for me, without assuming responsibility and without giving medical advice (as I am not allowed to give health-related advice).

After making the payment, please send the transfer confirmation to the email address specified in section 24, and explicitly state on the form that you have read and approved the Terms and Conditions. The responsibility for signing the Terms and Conditions lies with the purchaser.
If the number of purchasers reaches the millions, I will add, as a bonus, additional information on other topics I have developed, which deal only with medical topics not related to these exercises. This information may be of significant value and will be provided without any commitment on my part.
I kindly request that no legal claims be made, as I believe they are unfounded. Any other inquiry will be answered and handled properly, as with any other matter. In conclusion, had I been exposed to this offer 12 years ago, I would have considered the following points:
38.1. The severity of the suffering involved in daily disability.
38.2. The complexity and challenges of becoming dependent, including the cost of approximately $50,000 per year for a caregiver.
38.3. The complexity of alternative treatment options for disabilities.
38.4. The suffering caused to families who are required to assist, including financially.
38.5. The fact that delaying treatment for a known condition significantly increases the difficulty of finding a solution over time. Therefore, if I were in a similar situation, I would adopt the exercise approach offered here, pay any reasonable amount, and consider it a gift from heaven worth a million dollars.

38.10. If a decade ago, as a man over the age of 60, I had to give myself advice, it would have been this: I (as the purchaser) must confirm that I agree to pay the required amount ($140 – abroad, $120 – in Israel) and send my confirmation to the email address: r.and.d.shlomo@gmail.com, provided that a certain (minimum) number of purchasers is reached, as determined by the person offering the program.
Additionally, I would visit the website every day to check whether the date on which the bank account will be published exists (or whether it has already been published).
